Fabian Gonzalez, a Stanford-bound senior from Southern Regional High in New Jersey representing Southern Track Club, won the boys discus title with a second-round mark of 193-5 (58.96m) at New Balance Nationals Outdoor in Philadelphia. Gonzalez also secured the discus crown a day earlier at the New Jersey Meet of Champions with a throw of 193-7 (59.01m).
