EUGENE - Last spring, the University of Oregon Track and Field program hosted monthly town hall meetings to discuss and promote all the track and field happenings in Eugene. These meetings will resume next week on Wednesday, October 3 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Bowerman Building, 1580 E. 15th Ave. on the northwest corner of Hayward Field. The public is welcomed. Vin Lananna, associate athletic director at the University of Oregon and co-chair of the Eugene08 Olympic Trials, will talk about the upcoming Trials, and lead the meeting.
