I've signed up for Runnerspace Plus and can't unsubscribe. When I log into the password I never get an email back with password information. I found my password, and logged into my account and there is now way on God's earth to cancel. Am I is misguided - send me a screenshot on where one cancels on the Plus subscribe page and I would gladly do it myself. Search the words "cancel" or "enroll" or "unsubscribe" and see whatcha get - nada. I have sent an email to [email protected] but aside from your response (thank you), I have heard nothing from your company. Do I have to cancel my credit card to close my account? I am trapped in the Runnerspace Plus morass.

And please acknowledge my cancellation so that I don't have to spend ANOTHER hour on your website

I have a comment - HOW THE HECK DO YOU CANCEL AN ACCOUNT??? It says on the subscribe page after logging in to log out, return to that page and change your settings. Where, might I ask do you do that?? Your website has absolutely no frickin' way to cancel - it's an endless loop - and an honest company would at least put a cancel link on their help menu. I've spent over an hour on your site, emailed 2 different email addresses, found no customer service # and your address as listed on your website is a PO Box.
