U.S. Olympic Trials Marathon champion Ryan Hall is headed into Sunday's Flora London Marathon in
his best shape ever, the athlete said in an exclusive interview he gave to TheFinalSprint.com.

"I don't think I've ever been this fit in my life," said Hall.

Just 25 years-old with only two marathons under his belt, Hall is a 12-1 bet to win London on the
wagering website PaddyPower.com. He made his debut there last year in 2:08:24, finishing seventh.
He surprised many of his competitors with his performance, especially when he took the lead at
30-K, joining top runners like Martin Lel, Abderahim Goumri, Felix Limo and Jaouad Gharib.

"They're all just human just like we are," Hall told interviewer Jimmie Markham when asked about
the champions he'll face in Sunday's Race. "I'm very excited about the shape that I'm going into
London in. I feel like I belong up there with those guys, even more so this year than I felt last
year."

Hall, who is coached by Terrence Mahon in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., said his training has taken him
to a new level, and he's optimistic about his chances to run fast and place well.

"I'm running so much faster in my tempo runs, in all my workouts, long runs, everything across the
board than I was before New York, so I'm really excited to just go out there and see what my
limits are," he said.
